Jones Road has become synonimous with ‘effortless beauty’, and as someone who’s used the brand since it’s inception, I can confirm that all of their products require minimal effort or skill to look phenomenally put together.

Since the end of 2025, I’ve been playing with The Eyeshadow Stick, and finally after months of waiting they’re available for purchase outside of their kits. Since trying them last year, I’ve almost completely foregone using powder eyeshadows – and you likely will too.

The first thing to know about these is that they’re super soft and creamy. Even when lightly touched to the skin, they deposit the perfect amount of color. Because the texture is so soft, they’re very easy to manipulate once on the skin. In fact, I rarely use a brush when applying them – even for more complex looks using 3+ shades! Simply sketch where you want color and buff it in. Want more opacity? Layer it up!

The beauty of this formula is in the fact that it takes a little time to set; you aren’t racing the clock trying to blend your shadows. It’s very forgiving, and you can clean up areas that aren’t to your liking before it locks into place.

Once they set, you can count on a full day’s wear of budge-proof color. As someone with deepset eyes, often times creamy formulas don’t play well with my eyes, but these Jones Road sticks are gamechanging.

The other thing I love so much about these shadow sticks are the shades! Bobbi is a master when it comes to creating colors that flatter all skintones. Most of Jones Road is a sea of neutrals, pinks, peaches, berries, and occasionally a pop of red. These are colors that are found in skin, when we blush; you aren’t trying to blend in colors that don’t naturally occur on a human being.

My favorite thing about Jones Road is that Bobbi created this line to help women look and feel their best even if they don’t feel like they are skilled at makeup application. Additionally, all of the line can be applied quickly and as a busy mom of 2, I deeply, deeply appreciate how zero-effort my makeup routine has become. Even when I’m literally running out the door while putting on my makeup, I always look like I tried way harder than I actually did.
