Ere Perez OatMilk Foundation, Natural Almond Mascara, & Vanilla Highligher

I’ve been a long time admirer of Ere Perez. The crisp white, streamlined packaging first caught my attention, but after reading more about the ingredients and couldn’t wait to try some of their products!

I received the Oat Milk Foundation in the shade Honey. When I first applied it, I was really impressed with the coverage. It definitely fits the description of medium to full coverage and can easily be built up without looking heavy. I haven’t come across natural foundations with this kind of coverage that aren’t a cream-in-pan formula! This also feels really lightweight and has a natural skin finish. It doesn’t feel heavy or cakey, and it wears all day without separating or needing to be touched up. I feel that it looks like my skin but better- which is what I look for in a foundation. The namesake ingredient, oat milk, is skin conditioning and anti-inflammatory; think eczema relief balms.

The Natural Almond Mascara has a long, conical shaped brush, which is perfect for reaching every lash. It’s also thin enough to easily apply to the bottom lashes. I also notice a slightly sweet smell from this- it’s pleasant even though you can’t smell it once it’s on your eyelashes. The formula is great for defining, it also adds a little bit of length; it’s filled with conditioning ingredients, like its name suggests, sweet almond oil. I love that they use some of their ingredients in the naming of their products! Personally, I find this to be a really beautiful, but still natural looking mascara. I don’t notice much smudging from this, and it’s very water resistant! So much so that when I’m washing it off, I normally have to double cleanse to remove it all. Overall, this is a ‘love-it’ item for me, and I reach for this a lot!

I have the Vanilla Highlighter in the shade Falling Star. It’s a cool champagne color. Living up to it’s name, it smells like a vanilla cupcake! (I’m not mad about it.) As well as imparting a shimmer, it also adds a hint of dewy sheen that can really be built up, reminiscent of an editorial photo shoot. It’s made with very hydrating ingredients like candelilla wax, cocoa butter, and a whole host of natural oils. A swipe of it doesn’t feel heavy, but if you layer it on you can feel some tack if you bump your cheek. I really love that this highlighter can look very natural or couture depending on the application technique. This is the first highlighter I’ve used that adds some glistening sheen as opposed to more shimmering pigment when layered. It’s a truly unique formula!

Ere Perez has won my heart, from the simple clean packaging to the even cleaner formulations. Plus, their products wear beautifully all day. I really can’t ask for more from my makeup!
